An employee gets his self-service user name and password automatically when you create the profile.
Notes:
- If the email address of the employee is not available, then the email will be sent to the system administrator’s email address.
- The same mobile numbers cannot be used for different employees for security reasons.
- If you do not want to give access to employees for self-service then do not enter his/her email address while creating the profile. You can update/edit it later once the profile is created.
